ACM constantly identify and assess future and current training needs, create an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses the needs and expectations the company and ensuring all employees attending are monitored and evaluated to ensure training program’s effectiveness and success.

ACM put safety as our highest priority and ensure all our activities does not give adverse effect to health and environment. ACM maintains zero loss time injury since April 2022 and coordinated various EHS activities throughout the year for the benefit of the company and our employees. All employees is required to prioritize safety at their workplace.

Community Engagement
Putting our company values into practice
Madrasah Tahfiz Taufiqillah
ACM ‘JUSTGIVING’ initiative where employees contribute to the needy cause as part of ACM community engagement. The beneficiary is Madrasah Tahfiz Taufiqillah, a school with almost 50 students where 70% of them comes from poor family and orphanages.
Collaboration with Learning Institutions
ACM continuous commitment to train our employees reflected with our collaboration with learning institutions in and around the state of Kedah. The aim is to up skill and equip our current employees, collaborate with the country’s future aerospace workforce and grow local manufacturing capabilities. The working partnership was materialized with the signing ceremony organized in ACM in December 2018.
Collaboration with the learning institutions includes:

• Knowledge & Skills exchange via National Dual Training System (SLDN)
