ACM celebrates Earth Day 2021

Earth Day is an annual event celebrated on April 22 to demonstrate the support for environmental protection. First held on April 22, 1970, it now includes a wide range of events coordinated globally.

ACM has pride ourselves in our commitment of establishing a safe and healthy workplace and to ensure that our activities does not cause any adverse effect to the environment. We have made great strides in the last few years with improvements made to our facilities was conducted to incorporate environmental friendly features and to reduce wastage. These are some of our efforts to preserve our environment:

1. Solar power generation system 2. Motion Sensor System 3. Solar Street Lights 4. E-forms 5. Recycling System

The money we received from our recycling initiative is used to fund our CSR activities with the orphanage homes in and around our facility. We will continue our commitment to incorporate environmentally-friendly features in our facility.

ACM Celebrates our Long Service Recipients

ACM continue our tradition of recognizing employees who have served the company diligently for a period of time with the 2021.

Long Service Awards. The award remains one of the most important tradition in the company where we acknowledge their continuous contribution. For second year running, we hosts the recipients here in our facility to ensure our employees health and well-being our main priority during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This year we congratulate 128 recipients: 27 recipients for 5 years of service, 49 recipients for 10 years of service and 41 recipients for 15 years of service. For the first time ever, we honour our 20 years of service with 11 employees reached this milestone. Congratulations to all recipients

In his speech, our Managing Director Mr Justin Franke congratulate all recipients and encourages them to continue to serve the company to their best of ability. We hope our recipients and other employees to continue delivering their best in line with company's vision and goals

ACM won four EIMA awards

ACM won four Boeing Excellence in the Market Awards (EIMA)!

Congratulations to all winners!

The fourth edition of EIMA was held today. This is the second year in a row where the event was organized virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The event commenced with opening remarks from Skip Boyce, President of Boeing SEA. Afrul (EHS) and Zainal (Comms) were the representative from ACM, introducing our company to over 200 virtual guests of the event.

The winners from ACM are:

1. Excellence in Growing Business and/or Value: ACM Factory Capacity (team) 2. Excellence in Process Improvements: Siti Nur Awatif (individual) 3. Excellence in Process Improvements: NDT EBuy-Off (team) 4. Excellence in Sustained Stakeholder Relationships: Supply Chain (team)

Closing remarks was also by Skip where he congratulates ACM perseverance and strong team even when facing the impact from the pandemic.
